The houses consist of a compact living room with a seating area, a kitchen and a dining area, a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with armchairs and a table. They can comfortably accommodate 2 – 3 guests. The total area of the house is 25 sq.m, terraces – 9 sq.m.

From the terraces of the houses there is a beautiful view of the park, the water tower, the Church of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos of the XVIII century and the landscaped territory of the Park-style zone with landscaping and original street lighting. A barbecue area with a pergola, a barbecue and playgrounds for 4 small companies is organized for the guests of the houses.
