Novaya Istra is the best sanatorium! I really enjoyed the visit! Everything is very interesting, good atmosphere, polite staff, good food, good treatment, nature just inspires me to relax. One of the disadvantages is that there are long corridors here, it is not very convenient. And so its territory is large, but very cozy, and there is a Forested part of the 19th century - an interesting place! There is a restaurant here - it's not big either, but for me it's a plus! There is a gym, I visited it with my husband, cardio workouts are effective. We liked it.
