When is the payment for the booking made?
The prepayment must be made within 10 banking days from the invoice date. It is advisable to make a full payment before arrival, but it is possible to partially pay the cost of the trip. In case of partial prepayment, the minimum amount is 30%, the remaining amount can be paid upon arrival at the resort.
How can I make an advance payment?
You can make a payment at the resort, pay the bill at any branch of Sberbank or any other bank through an ATM or a cashier-operator (in this case, the bank's commission is charged), using the Sberbank Online service or a similar service of other banks, as well as on the official website of the resort by clicking on the link specified in a confirmation voucher.
What is the cancellation policy?
We are loyal to the guests and their personal circumstances, therefore, payment in the amount of the cost of only half a day on the "Health and Recreation" voucher is charged if the guest canceled his reservation less than a day before arrival. In case of purchase of a spa voucher or a specialized program, it is necessary to notify the sales department managers of the change of plans at least 7 days before arrival in order to avoid penalties.
