Park-style zone

The Park-style zone is located in the upper part of the resort and includes 8 cozy houses organically integrated into the surrounding natural landscape, and the luxurious Chekhov Villa. The Park-style zone also houses a water tower, medical building No. 2, the "Baby Raccoon House", a deer sanctuary, an ornithotherapy area with hammocks, a rotunda and cardio equipment.

Chekhov 's Villa

Villa Chekhov is a luxurious country house consisting of a spacious living room with a seating area, a kitchen and a dining area, 2 cozy double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a SPA area with a sauna and a Jacuzzi. The villa has private parking and a barbecue area. It can comfortably accommodate 6 – 7 guests. The total area of the villa is 95 sq.m.
