How to get there by public transport:

By train from the Riga railway station (or any railway station of the Riga direction) to the railway station "Novoyerusalimskaya". Then you can use the free shuttle service to the resort "Novaya Istra" - a branded minibus awaits guests daily on the forecourt from 17:50 to 18:00. If you arrive at a different time, we recommend that you get to the Istra railway station, then use taxi services (approximate travel time is 15 minutes, approximate cost is 350 – 400 rubles).
