It is forbidden to use the shower cabins of the rooms, towels and other bedding of the sanatorium for washing pets.

If the animals cause damage to the property of the resort, the owner is obliged to compensate for the damage.

Representatives of Novaya Istra reserve the right to terminate the agreement with guests who do not adhere to the listed rules. Owners of inadequate, noisy or aggressive four-legged friends will also have to leave the hotel.
