AMAKS Resort Novaya Istra offers its regular guests a loyalty program, which is very easy to participate in: if you regularly stay with us, you get additional discounts, as well as privileges included in the loyalty program. The more time you spend at our resort, the higher the status of the discount card, which are cumulative. We present to your attention the types of discount cards that can be obtained under the Loyalty Program:
  • The "Complimentary" Card Has A 5% Discount
    • 5 arrivals for any period or
    • 25 nights stay (in total)
  • Premium Card 10% Discount
    • 10 arrivals for any period or
    • 40 nights stay (in total)
  • Elite Card 15% Discount
    • 15 arrivals for any period or
    • 60 nights of stay (in total)
  • Exclusive Card 20% Discount
    • 20 arrivals for any period or
    • 80 nights of stay (in total)

Terms of participation:

  • Any of our guests who directly booked a trip with us can take part (in the resort's sales department or on the official website //istra.amaks-kurort.ru //).
  • The number of days (or visits – it is more profitable for the guest) that the participant himself was present at the resort is taken into account, but the number of days (or visits) spent at the resort by his family members is not taken into account.
  • The discount card is personalized, and both the Loyalty Program participant himself and his family members (spouses, parents, children) can receive a discount on it.
  • If the card status changes, the Loyalty Program participant must hand over the available discount card, and a new one can be obtained upon departure.
  • Discounts on the discount card apply to all resort services without exception, and can also be combined with all promotions and special offers (except for those Promotions where conditions indicate otherwise).
  • Discounts are provided only upon presentation of a discount card, in the absence of a discount card, discounts cannot be provided.
  • The discount card must be provided at the time of service accrual. The cost of services accrued without a discount is not recalculated.
  • In case of loss of the card, a member of the Loyalty Program can receive a duplicate of it by contacting the reception and accommodation service of the resort.

The promotion is valid until it is cancelled.
