The Teens-style zone is located in the far part of the upper park and borders the Eco-style zone. This is a specially equipped part of the resort, designed to accommodate organized children's groups. There is a 3-storey residential building with 85 rooms (300 beds) with its own dining room and activity hall.

Next to the building there is an outdoor multi-purpose sports ground, a complex of outdoor exercise equipment, an all-season transformer tent designed for training and sports events, as well as an open-air amphitheater.

The building is equipped with an elevator. All rooms in the building have no balconies. The room stock consists mainly of 4-bed rooms with bunk beds, single and double rooms are available on each floor for group leaders.
