The building is an 8-storey T-shaped building. It is conveniently located between the Central Building (with Reception, restaurant and lobby bar) and the fitness complex. There are 3 elevators in the building. The number of rooms is 267.

The entrance to the building is carried out from the Central Building on the 1st and 2nd floors or from the street.

This is the largest building in terms of capacity, it is popular because of its proximity to parking, a Playground, the Central Building (restaurant and Reception), and a sports and recreation complex.

Most of the rooms in the building have balconies, but there are categories of rooms without balconies. All rooms are located on the 8th floor of the building, without balconies.

Ironing rooms are equipped on each floor and purifiers with drinking water are installed.

By design and configuration, the rooms of building No. 8 differ slightly from the rooms of buildings No. 6 and No. 7 – all beds have a soft headboard, they do not have desks (can be provided if necessary) and dressers, there are large spacious cabinets, bedside tables are used instead of bedside tables.

The rooms of the building overlook the parking lot and the playground, or the upper park area, or the sports and recreation complex.

The building houses the Museum of Balneology (2nd floor). Near the building there are: parking, a playground, a quest-cancer "Hobbit Land", a fitness and wellness complex with a swimming pool, gyms, gym, pizzeria, bowling, billiards, SPA complex and cosmetology.

Rooms of the categories Standard Single with Balcony, Standard Double with Balcony, Family Suite, Family Suite with Balcony and LOFT Studio are located only in Building No. 8.
