THE AQUACENTER OF THE NOVAYA ISTRA RESORT IS

Swimming pool with 5 lanes
The pool is 25 meters long, 14 meters wide, 1.6 to 2.2 meters deep, and the water temperature is 29 °C. One track is dedicated to high-speed swimming. A waterfall and hydro-massage nozzles are installed in the bowl. The pool is equipped with a lifting mechanism for guests with reduced mobility. The animation team conducts free aqua aerobics classes and water polo matches for the resort's guests. Individual (paid) and group (free for guests staying at the resort) swimming lessons are organized for adults and children over 4 years old. Classes are conducted by an experienced coach. Individual classes are available by appointment.

Children's pool with water park elements
The length of the pool is 15 meters, the width is 5 meters, the depth is from 60 cm to 1 meter, the water temperature is 34 ° C. The bowl has a slide, a cascading shower and water geysers. Inflatable balls and circles, swimming rafts and noodles are at the disposal of young guests of the resort. AquaKids water aerobics classes are held for kids in the pool bowl.

Jacuzzi
The Jacuzzi bowl, equipped with hydro-massage nozzles and a geyser, accommodating up to 8 people, is always popular with adults and children. The depth of the bowl is 1.2 meters, the water temperature in the Jacuzzi is 36 ° C.

Finnish and Russian saunas
The decoration of both saunas is made of Canadian cedar wood, whose phytoncides have powerful antiseptic properties, as well as blocks of silvinite, a salt of the Solikamsk deposit, which contributes to the treatment of respiratory diseases. The air temperature in the Russian sauna is 70-90 ° C, humidity is 50-60%. The air temperature in the Finnish sauna is 90 - 110 ° C, humidity is 10-25%. A steam generator is installed in the Finnish sauna, generating pure steam or steam with eucalyptus extract to achieve a phytoaromatherapy effect.

What could be better than cooling a steamed body after a sauna? The procedure tones and hardens the body, strengthens the immune system, improves blood circulation, increases skin elasticity, and invigorates. Please note that doctors do not recommend pouring ice water on you if you were not familiar with this procedure before!

A comfortable recreation area
Huge panoramic windows overlooking the Hobbit Land amusement park, pleasant music, deck chairs with adjustable backrest height, a purifier for those who want to quench their thirst, and the constant presence of rescue instructors create not only comfortable, but also safe conditions for recreation.

Comfortable changing rooms
Thanks to the heated floor, a comfortable temperature is maintained in the changing rooms of the aquatic center. The changing rooms are equipped with showers and toilets, lockers with lock locks, hair dryers, centrifuges for swimsuits and swimming trunks. For the convenience of guests visiting the aquatic center with infants, a changing table is installed in the women's locker room. A special locker room is equipped for disabled visitors.
The water used in the bowls of the pools undergoes thorough water treatment – constant multi-stage filtration, disinfection by automatic supply of a chlorine-based disinfectant and by means of ultraviolet lamps, as well as automatic maintenance of an optimal PH level. In addition, changing rooms, bathrooms, and showers are regularly treated with disinfectants.

To visit the aqua center of the Novaya Istra resort, you must

Have swimming caps (including for children), bathing accessories, slippers for the pool, and special swimming panties for kids.
Certificates of the absence of contraindications to visiting the pool are not required.
For guests staying at the resort on sanatorium vouchers and wellness programs, access to the aquatic center is free of charge, for other guests of the resort - for an additional fee.

The duration of the visit is not limited in time within the work schedule of the aquatic center. A visit to the aquatic center, as well as other resort services, can be credited to a deposit provided to all resort guests upon arrival. You can charge the service, get the keys to the lockers, towels and sheets for saunas at the reception of the fitness and wellness center.

Guests who do not live at the resort can purchase one-time visits to the aquatic center, as well as club cards lasting 1 month, six months and a year.
