Rules for staying with pets at the Novaya Istra resort

• Cats and dogs of small breeds are allowed to stay at the Novaya Istra Resort. The resort reserves the right to refuse to accommodate guests with pets in case of non-compliance with the "Rules of accommodation of guests with pets", as well as in case of aggressive, inappropriate, noisy behavior of a pet.
• When checking into the hotel with pets, the guest is obliged to familiarize himself with the "Rules of accommodation for guests with pets".
• A guest arriving at the hotel on vacation with a pet must have a certificate from a veterinarian with a mark on vaccinations.
• The guest is obliged to bring a special cage for a pet.
• It is forbidden to leave pets unattended in the hotel room, the lobby of the building, on the territory of the hotel without a special cage.
• For the toilet of cats, the guest is obliged to bring a special tray with him.
• It is prohibited to walk pets in the resort and the surrounding area.
• It is possible to walk pets in the surrounding areas.
• To feed pets, the guest is obliged to bring special dishes with him.
• Feeding pets from dishes belonging to the hotel is strictly prohibited.
• It is forbidden to take pets with you to the resort's restaurant and entertainment complex and other public areas.
• It is forbidden to wash pets in the shower cabins of the room, use towels, sheets and other bedding belonging to the resort.
• It is forbidden to comb out pets in the room, halls and other common areas of the resort.
• The guest is obliged to provide access to the resort staff to the room for cleaning or repair work.
• In case of damage to the property of the resort by pets, the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage according to the property damage price list.
• The resort reserves the right to terminate the agreement with a guest staying with a pet and demand to leave the hotel in case of violation of these rules, as well as in case of aggressive, inappropriate, noisy behavior of a pet.

For a comfortable stay of our guests at the resort "Novaya Istra", in the lobby on the 1st floor of the restaurant near the central reception desk, there is a kiosk of essential goods. The resort offers you a wide range of essential goods, such as: personal hygiene products, accessories for swimming in the pool, textile products, souvenirs and much more at competitive prices.

The kiosk of essential goods was created so that guests would not worry about the essential goods forgotten at home and could easily buy everything they need at the Novaya Istra resort.

Laundry service

There is a laundry service at the Novaya Istra resort, where guests can hand over their clothes for washing, ironing and cleaning. Our laundry provides the best result and full quality control. </p>

To receive this service, you will need to fill out a special order form for laundry services, which is located in each room, and put things in a special package: at the next cleaning, the maid will pick up the left clothes instead of the filled order form. Within the specified period, the maid will bring your things to the room, according to the order with the receipt. You can pay for the service at the central reception.</p>

Shoe cleaning machine

A shoe cleaning machine is a necessary thing, since first of all all people pay attention to the condition and quality of shoes. The use of devices that are provided for shoe cleaning is a very promising and relevant direction.

This device allows you to conveniently and quickly clean shoes made of genuine leather, leather substitute and suede from dirt and dust, and also cleans the sole from dirt. We take care of our guests, so the resort "Novaya Istra" offers to use such devices completely free of charge at the entrance to each building (in the vestibules).

Aqua aerobics/Aquazumba

On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday at 10:00 in the aqua center of the resort there are free group classes in aqua aerobics. Classes are conducted by a professional trainer. 
Classes are useful for the body as a whole – aqua aerobics improves overall well-being and helps with various ailments: relieves back pain, muscles and joints, develops endurance, strengthens the cardiovascular system, corrects posture, normalizes sleep.

 
Aqua zumba classes are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays.  AQUA ZUMBA is a dance fitness program based on Latin and world rhythms, adapted to the aquatic environment.

Charging electric cars for resort guests is absolutely free, and for owners of electric cars who do not live at the resort, the cost of the service is 1000 rubles until the battery is fully charged, regardless of its capacity and charging time.
