   Outdoor exercise equipment is not intended for children.

  

   The simulators are located behind the 6th building, after the rope town.

   Guests of the resort have access to outdoor exercise equipment at any time of the day.

    No additional inventory is required.

SIMULATORS

 

Step Simulator

The simulator consists of two movable platforms and a double frame. Simulates walking, due to which the muscles of the legs, buttocks, articular ligamentous apparatus are worked out, accelerates metabolism, active fat burning occurs. To perform the exercise, it is necessary to place your feet on the platforms, lean your hands on the frame, and then, without bending your knees, start walking. It is recommended to start with 40 steps in one approach, gradually increasing the number.

 

Chest press

The exercise is performed in a sitting position. It is necessary to squeeze the handles away from yourself, and then return them to their original position. The large and small pectoral muscles, triceps, and the anterior part of the deltoid muscle are being worked out. If desired, the exercise is performed with a wide grip.

 

Upper thrust

The simulator consists of a seat and two handles located above the head. To perform the exercise, it is necessary to pull the handles up to the chest with an inspiration, and return them back with an exhalation. Depending on the grip, the simulator uses the widest muscles of the back, in their upper or lower part, as well as trapezoidal and rhomboid muscles of the spinal region.

 

Ski

The simulator replaces real skiing, so it is an excellent prevention of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and heart. The device consists of movable platforms and handles. To perform the exercise, you need to stand with your feet on the platforms, take hold of the handles with your hands, and moving them alternately, start walking. Works out the muscles of the legs, buttocks, back, arms, shoulders, and abs.

 

Elliptical Trainer

The simulator replaces climbing stairs without injuring joints, so the simulator is useful for people with sore knees. The elliptical simulator consists of two movable platforms and handles. To perform the exercise, you need to stand on the platforms and alternately pulling the handles to make movements with your feet. The ellipse strengthens the cardiovascular system, strength, endurance, works out the muscles of the legs, arms, lower back and shoulder girdle. Regular classes accelerate blood circulation and saturate the body with oxygen.

 

Pendulum

The simulator consists of two platforms for legs and a stand for hands, arranged in a semicircle. When swinging the platform from side to side, the oblique abdominal muscles are worked out, coordination of movements develops. It is recommended to start the exercise with 40 swings per approach. Over time, the number of repetitions can be increased.

Outdoor sports allow you to spend more calories, because the influx of oxygen triggers the fat burning process. As a result of such training, extra pounds go away faster, metabolic processes are activated, cellulite disappears. Due to training, the body becomes more prominent, and the internal organs begin to function better.
